Judy F. Fortner

Judy F. Fortner, 72, of Willard, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021. Fortner was born Feb. 1, 1949, to Carl and Nellie (Goforth) Hicks in Walnut Grove. In 1967, Judy and Francis Fortner were united in marriage and shared over 54 years together.
Fortner looked forward to volunteering at the election polls each voting season.
Fortner is survived by her husband, Francis Fortner; children, Brian Fortner and wife Amy, Bobby Fortner and wife Jessica, Rhonda Fortner; four grandchildren; siblings, Betty Hall, Norma McCelland, Carol Lester, Danny Hicks, David Hicks; nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of family and many friends.
Fortner was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Barbara Jean Hicks, Katie Morgan; brothers, Gary Hicks, Clarence Hicks, and Gene Hicks.
Graveside services were at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 21, 2021, at Cave Springs Cemetery, Cave Springs.
