Later in life, he honed his craftsmanship skills and poured his heart into building his “little cabin at the lake.”
During his two-year battle with cancer, he remained incredibly positive, he kept his sense of humor, and treasured every day to the fullest.
Tennis is survived by his loving wife, Kimberlee Tennis, sons Nathanial Tennis, Zac Tennis (Quincey), stepdaughter Malayna Woods, stepson Nickolas Whitehead, sister Ganetta McNabb and Leslie Tennis, and brother Millburn Tennis, as well as nieces, nephews and other extended family and countless friends.
