Republic golfers finish 9th at COC Tournament

Republic finished in ninth place Monday at the Central Ozark Conference golf tournament in Carthage. Republic shota426asateam–the Lady Tigers’ best team score of the year so far.
Clara Fronabarger, playing her first 18- hole tournament since returning from injury, shot a 95 to lead the Lady Tigers. Regan Holmes finished with a 103. Quinn McCrea shot a 109. Ashlyn Leonard finished at 119, and Lena Mais ended the day at 133.
Fronabarger’s 95 put her just off the cut for all-conference status.
