Sandy Lawson

Sandy Lawson, 57, of Walnut Grove passed away on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. She was born on July 17, 1964, in Springfield, to Samuel and Gertrude (Meadows) Woods. Sandy and Eric enjoyed 33 beautiful years together.

Lawson enjoyed the sunshine and relaxing at the lake. She enjoyed cooking and helping others. She loved her faith and Jesus.  

Lawson is survived by her husband Eric Lawson; children Amanda Dotson and significant other Darrel Thomas, Jessica Fantozzi and husband Eric; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; seven siblings; sister-in-law Jonel Lawson; other family and many friends. 

Lawson is preceded in death by her parents and aunts, Zelma Harwood and Audrey Combs.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home.
