Sharon K. Vineyard

Sharon K. Vineyard, 78, of Dunnegan, passed away surrounded by her family, Dec. 22, 2021. She was born March 17, 1943, to Norman and Maxine (Stoops) Smith in Springfield, one of nine children in the home.
She attended Central High School until moving abroad, where she spent four years in various countries. Upon returning to the United States, she married Bufred Lee Vineyard, Dec. 19, 1969. She had four children, Jimmy Dean, Rob, Tony and Tonya.
Vineyard is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband of 51 years, Lee, whom she lost in 2012, and sister Thelma Rowsey.
Vineyard is survived by her children, Jimmy Dean Rowsey, Robby Vineyard and wife Stephanie, Tony Vineyard and wife Whitney, and Tonya Eby and husband Russell, 19 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, siblings: Linda Mann, Carol Ray, Pat Wiles, Connie Maggard and husband Lonnie, Ronnie Smith and wife Sharon, Norma Jean Yost and husband Phillip and Becky Ready and husband Carl, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Meadors Funeral Home, to help the family offset the cost of funeral expenses. Funeral services will be private, and Vineyard will be laid to rest in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Clever.
