VillagePottery adds clay-throwing

Surrounded by friends and supporters from the Republic Area Chamber of Commerce, Sonya Rippy (with scissors), owner of the Village Pottery Cafe, celebrated the addition of the clay-throwing pottery studio to the cafe with a ribbon cutting on Thursday, May 13. Rippy said the studio will provide a new artistic outlet for Republic, including pottery classes.
