Willard’s Jackson Street at Highway 160 closed beginning July 8

Closure could last up to 30 days to accommodate major road construction project
Jackson Street north of U.S. Route 160 in Willard will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, July 8, and may last up to 30 days. The move is in deference to construction crews building a new roundabout intersection at Jackson Street as part of the U.S. Route 160 widening project from Willard to Springfield.
 There will be a signed detour from Route 160 to Miller Road to Jackson Street. Electronic message boards located near the planned road work will alert drivers to any changes in the work scheduled. Weather or construction delays could alter the work schedule.
