Springfield homebuilder MacLachlan announces candidacy for Greene County Commissioner District 1

Springfield homebuilder Rusty MacLachlan has announced his candidacy for the offfice of Greene County Commissioner District 1. MacLachlan pointed to his experience in construction as a homebuilder and business owner as an asset to the residents of Greene County.
“Our community has seen tremendous growth over the past several decades which has made Greene County a great place to live. My family’s history in the construction industry dates back over 200 years,” MacLachlan said. “The building tradition has been passed down continuously from generation to generation since my ancestors put up their first structure in Scotland and continues to this day. I believe that my experience will bring valuable insights to the commission.”
