Dorothy Killingsworth

Dorothy Killingsworth, 91, Ash Grove, passed away Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020. Killingsworth was born Feb. 27, 1929, the daughter of Cornelius and Martha Naomi (Rudd) Fanning. On June 15, 1968 she married Bob Killingsworth, together they shared over 26 years together before Bob’s passing in 1994.Killingsworth was an active member of Ash Grove Assembly of God and Day Springs Church. Killingsworth was preceded in death by her parents; husband Bob Killingsworth; children, Terry L. Moore, Nina J. Pearson, siblings Les Fanning, Ruth Hansford, Wilma Johnson, Ola Fears, Fannie C. McMillian, and JW Fanning. Killingsworth is survived by her daughter, Annie R. Hudnell; sister, Mary Welch; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews; other family and friends. Killingsworth will lie in state from 1-7 p.m., Friday, Aug. 28, 2020 at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time on Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020 at Ash Grove Assembly of God, Ash Grove. Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020 at the church with burial to follow at Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove.
