Carol “Susie” Jenkins Gold

Carol “Susie” Jenkins Gold, passed away peacefully on Thursday Oct. 29,
2020 at home surrounded by her grandchildren and family.
She was born in Monett, July 16, 1951 to George and Mary Lou (Boicourt)
Jenkins. She grew up in Brown Springs and attended Clever High School in
Clever. She graduated in the class of 1969.
Gold married Ronald Gold Nov. 13, 1969. They lived in Billings for 46 years.
She was a housewife and worked at Elfindale Manor Care, Springfield. She
retired in 2011. She was an active member of the Billings Methodist Church.
Gold is survived by her husband Ronald Gold and her two daughters; Carrie
Moss and Phil Moss (spouse), Chanda Zahner and Ronald Zahner (spouse).
She has six grandchildren; she was also expecting her first great-grandchild
in November 2020. Her sister is Nancy Wylie with her (husband) John. Her
brother is Jerry Jenkins with his (wife) Penny.
Gold was preceded in death by her parents George and Mary Lou (Boicourt)
Jenkins, and her son Lance Gold.
In lieu of flowers, the family would greatly appreciate donations be made to
Siteman Cancer Center for Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, in Gold’s
memory.
