Local GRO group sets sights on restoring ‘glory’ to Ash Grove’s Main Street
 
Sadie Ferwalt cleans storefront windows in downtown Ash Grove Saturday morning as part of an overall clean up effort by the GRO Restoration Council—an offshoot of the GRO organization. Ferwalt was among 14 workers that day who cleaned up in multiple ways on Main Street, which lasted from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. GRO Restoration Council president Ronessa Williams said she hopes the effort will help “jumpstart the process to gain further traction on restoring Main Street back to its glory.” (Photo by Ryan Squibb)
