Leslie Ann Oswalt Cole

Leslie Ann Oswalt Cole passed away Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021, with her sons by her side.
Cole was born in Springfield on Sept. 24, 1968, to Ron and Linda Oswalt. She, mostly by herself, raised three sons. On Oct. 21, 2011, she married Christopher Cole and enveloped his four daughters and extended family with as much love and caring as she gave her own family.
After a major health crisis in 2015, she lived courageously for six more years, making each day the best it could be despite her physical limitations.
Cole is survived by her parents, Ron and Linda Oswalt; sons Chad Swanson (Katie), Zachary Swanson (Emily), and Eli Swanson (Miki) and eight grandchildren; sisters Roni Blanche, Sonya Oswalt, and Kristy Stidham (David); her husband Christopher Cole and his daughters Savannah, Gregorie, Amahra, and Adrienne; along with a niece and nephews and many extended family members.
