Mildred Maureen Brauer

Mildred Maureen Brauer passed away at 6:30 a.m. Oct. 14, 2021 at home from complications with COPD, her beloved spouse Archie at her side.
Brauer was born the second of seven children on Feb. 21, 1943 in Kansas City, to Clifford Carson Cagle and Margaret Jean (Dorsey) Cagle. Survivors include her spouse Archie, her children, Mary Jane Wheeler and spouse Mike, Ron (Sam) Wince and spouse Stacy, Tina Marie Kolbe with partner Jeff Henson, three stepchildren, Blain Brauer, Wendy Jensen and Kristi White, sister Patricia Stewart, brother Terry Cagle and spouse Wanda, brother Tim Cagle and spouse Stephanie, sister Claudia Bank and sister Glenda Shuffit with spouse Michael and many nieces and nephews, as well as seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her father, Clifford, mother Margaret and sister Deniece.
Pall bearers were Jeff Henson, Chris Kolbe, Matt Kolbe, Tyler Wince, Michael Shuffit and Jay Cagle.
Funeral proceedings were at Edgewater Chapel at 202 Edgewater Village Drive, Cape Fair, with the visitation at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 18, 2021, service at 11 a.m. Graveside service was at Ash Grove Cemetery immediately following family time provided by the church. Services were under the direction of Birch Funeral Home Ash Grove.
