Lisa Renée Atkinson Lee

Lisa Renée Atkinson Lee, 60, Everton, passed away Oct. 28, 2021, surrounded by family, after a fight with pancreatic cancer.
Lee was born Aug. 28, 1961 in Springfield, to Edward and Peggy Atkinson. She was one of four children born to this union.
Lee loved to volunteer at church and was especially proud of her role with the Noble Kids program at Noble Hill Baptist Church.
Lee is survived by her husband Don Lee, her children Danielle Shimeall and husband Derek, of Springfield, Sean Collins and wife Lauren, of Springfield, Anna Neal and husband Noah, of Everton, Donna Hood and husband Mike of Willard, Don Lee and wife Kaia of Marshfield, Robert Lee of Raleigh, N.C., Jerrit Lee and wife April of Mansfield, Nicole Sullivan and husband Jeff of Raleigh N.C., Farrah Thornton and husband Benton of Natchez, Miss. and Kirby Lee of Carthage; 29 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren, one brother Eddie Atkinson and wife Brenda of Dubuque, Iowa, one sister Barbara Lambert and husband Ray of Montgomery, Texas, as well as one very loved dog, Mallory.
Lee was preceded in death by her loving parents, her baby sister Lori Forbes and her grandson Ashton James Twibell.
A celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021 at Donna’s residence, 8951 North Farm Road 105, Willard. Cremation was under the direction of Birch Funeral Home.
