Got Mud? Run gets down and dirty in Brookline park

Shown here are scenes from last Saturday’s 12th annual Got Mud? Run in Brookline Park, hosted by the Republic Parks and Recreation department. This year, a total of 789 runners took part in the messy march through obstacles and muddy water. This number roughly matches the turnout from previous years, though high temperatures and storms toward the end of the event could have prevented further participation according to Ashley Luebbert, Special Events Administrator for the Parks and Recreation department.
