Wendy R. Matheny, 45, of Whitney, Texas, was killed the morning of Thursday, Dec. 10, when she walked around the front of a 2007 Peterbilt semi as it was leaving a parked position at the Hood’s Truck Stop parking lot. The big rig was driven by Shannon C. Culbertson, 40, of Willard.
