Bobby Jo Giddens, 90, of Billings, passed away peacefully in his home, on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2019. He was born March 20, 1929 in Lowell, Ark., the son of Earl Vernon and Juanita Earlene (Beard) Giddens.
