Reba Gentry, 98, devoted wife, mother, and a woman of great faith passed away Oct. 31, 2022. She was born Nov. 12, 1923, to Jessie and Nora Williamson.

Curtis Wesley Prince, 40, died Oct. 16, 2022 at his home in Springfield. Prince was born March 30, 1982 in Warrensburg, to James and Janice (Simmons) Prince.
Prince was active in Freeway Ministries and First Baptist Church Springfield.

George M. Peck, 93, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 in Columbia, S.C. Peck and his wife Lou, who preceded him in death on Aug. 25, 2020, had previously resided in Republic for 50 years. He was born in Rogersville, and later enlisted in the United States Navy as a young man.

James Leroy Holgerson, 81, of Bois D’Arc born to Robert and Marian (Erichsen) Holgerson, Oct. 22, 1940, passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 2022.
A visitation for Holgerson will be Friday, Oct. 28, 2022, 6–8 p.m. at Greenlawn Funeral Home north location.

Maverick “Mav” Beaman, 16, of Republic passed away on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was born Feb. 4, 2006, in Springfield. He was the middle of three children in the home.

Wyatt Taylor Barnes, 15, of Billings Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was born on July 30, 2007, in Springfield to Colby and Maria (Weidenmaier) Barnes. He is the second of five children in the home.

It is with great sadness and some relief that we say goodbye to our beloved Randy. While we have shared his 73 years, we are happy that he has been reunited with his family, friends and adored pets.

Clyde Mike Baty, 64, of Republic, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Oct. 5, 2022. He was born Sept. 14, 1958, in Springfield, to Clyde and Marcella (Keltner) Baty. He was the oldest of three children in the home.
