V. Maddie Hughes, 86, of Marshfield, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2022. She was born March 3, 1936, in Willow Springs, to Jake and Elsie (Wake) Jones. On April 15, 1955, Maddie and John Hughes were united in marriage. They shared over 65 years together before his passing in 2019.

Nancy Goodwyn, 72, of Willard passed away peacefully on Monday, March 21, 2022, after a long journey with Alzheimer’s. She was born Sept. 18, 1949, in Omaha, Neb., to John and Ellen (Christensen) Wray. On Feb. 5, 1972, Nancy and Bob Goodwyn were united in marriage.
